  • We accept cash and approved electronic payment methods

  • We do not require deposits at this time

5. CANCELLATIONS AND SCHEDULING

  • Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances

6. WEATHER AND DELAYS (FORCE MAJEURE)

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Storm conditions

  • Equipment issues

  • Other unforeseen events

7. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including situations involving:

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Inaccessible or hazardous job sites

  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior

  • Misrepresentation of the job scope

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MM Tree Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing property conditions

  • Hidden or undisclosed hazards (including underground utilities, root systems, or structural weaknesses)

  • Customer failure to provide accurate or complete information

Customers are responsible for identifying and clearly marking property boundaries, underground utilities, irrigation systems, and other potential hazards prior to service.
